HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOM ORDER?

  • Please allow 1-7 days of processing before the order ships out, depending on the type of personalization, your order may take extra processing time.

  • After your order has been shipped, the delivery time is 1-7 business days. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on shipping locations.

  • For guaranteed delivery dates, please use the Expedited Shipping options.

  • As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with shipping details and a link to track your parcel online
    * Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

NOTE: Please be careful when entering your shipping address, we will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. We will not be held responsible for the delays, lost, and damaged items during transit.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

  • We do not ship to Canada or internationally. We only ship within the United States, to U.S. Territories.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  • After you place the order, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.

  • If there is a minor error in the shipping address (e.g., incorrect street number, missing apartment number), we recommend contacting the carrier to help resolve once your order has shipped and tracking information is available. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

-Each order will be reviewed to make sure your design is perfect and ready to print.
-We will automatically adjust common issues like alignment, contrast, line thickness, and spelling errors. 
-Once we receive your logo we will email you within 48 hours with DIGITAL MOCK-UP for your approval before we process your order.
